Adopts high quality stainless steel and American DUPONT heavy antirust paint to fully guarantee the intensity of vessel and working life.

Fast mould change, open framework design, advanced auto rod guide and fix system greatly reduce machine stop period, truly realizes QDC (Quick Die Chang System).The mold change time is about 20 to 30min.

The whole process, including filling, stream,heating, de-mould and conveying, is automatic

and can be controled remotely with the support of PLC (Siemens) and industrial touch screen

(Customized 15”) with WIFI support.

Multiple PID valve pipe system monitoring steaming:1~2 bar big steaming by two steaming pipes, 2~2.5 bar by PID digital model locator valve to monitor steaming fast & accurate steam.
